Tsutsu-Um Shrine Location
If you’re looking for the Tsutsu-Um Shrine, head further to the southwest of Hyrule Field. Once you’ve done the Mayachin Shrine Puzzle, keep going southwest, and you’ll spot a rock formation overlooking the Outskirts Stable. Inside the shrine, you’ll see a rolling ball, a bullseye target, and the main puzzle beyond the gap.
The Main Puzzle
Start by looking at the critical section of the puzzle. To solve it, you need to create a tall structure consisting of two small plates and one stake through the ground. After creating the tall structure in the lower section, you’ll need to ascend to a higher level with the Ultrahand to bring the plates to the top.
Attaching the Plates
Attach one of the plates to a stake, then attach the stake to the wall to the left of the other stake. Make sure the ball hits the plate and gets stuck there. Finally, detach the plate using the right thumbstick and let the ball roll to the lower section. You’ll need to lower the plate and stake to this section, too. Afterward, attach the ball to the second stake.
Solving the Puzzle
To complete the puzzle, it’s time to take a bit of a gamble! Stand close to the edge of the platform while lifting the contraption with you. Edge forward and use the right thumbstick down to detach the stake and the plate. It might take you a couple of tries to get it right, but when you do it correctly, the ball will drop and roll straight into the bullseye target.
