Chinese smartphone manufacturer Huawei is all set to launch its new smartphone – Enjoy 60X – that is expected to debut this April. While the company hasn’t revealed any information on the smartphone, a tipster has leaked a few key specifications and details on the handset on Weibo.
Rumoured Specifications
The upcoming Huawei Enjoy 60X is rumoured to come with a large battery and sport a 6.95-inch display. The tipster has leaked that the phone will be equipped with a 7,000mAh battery and that it could be launched on April 17. However, no other details have been shared by the source. The leaks come after previous reports by Huawei Central, which spotted the Huawei Enjoy 60X on TENAA and shared design renders of the phone. The renders suggest that the phone will feature a circular camera module, bezels, and a selfie camera on the top right side. The phone is also reported to have two physical buttons on the right side and a button on the left side, with Huawei branding seen on the back.
The Huawei P60 Series
Meanwhile, Huawei launched the Huawei P60 series last month in China. The series comprises three models – Huawei P60, Huawei P60 Pro, and Huawei P60 Art. All three handsets have 6.7-inch LTPO OLED displays with refresh rates of up to 120Hz.
Performance and Battery Life
The Huawei P60 and Huawei P60 Pro are powered by Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoCs, while the Huawei P60 Art has a slightly bigger 5,100mAh battery. The first two models have 4,815mAh batteries, which are quite decent for their size. All three models are expected to provide excellent performance, thanks to the powerful SoCs they come with.
Camera and Storage
For camera enthusiasts, the Huawei P60 features a triple camera setup led by a 48-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS). There is a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 12-megapixel periscope telephoto sensor with OIS, providing excellent photographic performance. On the other hand, the Huawei P60 Pro ships with two 48-megapixel sensors with OIS, along with a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. Both models feature 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
Conclusion
While there are no official details on the Huawei Enjoy 60X yet, leaked renders and the tipster’s Weibo post gives us a hint of what we can expect. The phone is expected to be a budget device, packed with a large battery and a large display, making it quite appealing for the price. However, we will have to wait for official information from Huawei to confirm these rumours.
