THQ Nordic has announced that Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed is coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on June 27. However, these versions will only contain the game’s single-player content and cost $30.
Single Player Only
The title for the last-generation versions of the game is aptly called Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed “Single Player” edition. Publisher THQ Nordic and developer Black Forest Games explain in a press release that “even with your primitive technology, you shall be able to grasp a small taste of Furon superiority.” The “Single Player” edition does not offer any cooperative multiplayer or other such inferior modes. It is designed for those who prefer to play alone, as true Furon warriors do.
A Late Release
Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed first launched for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S on August 30, 2022. The free multiplayer component was made available in May 2022.
It’s quite rare for games that have launched as PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S exclusives to then release on last-generation hardware later. One notable example is Godfall, which was a timed console exclusive for PS5 at launch back in 2020. It then came to PS4 a year later along with the Lightbringer update. Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S versions were added in 2022.

The re-release of Destroy All Humans! 2 – Reprobed is a great opportunity for those who missed out on playing the game on newer hardware. The game has received solid reviews on both PC and PlayStation 5, with praise being given to the game’s humor, graphics, and gameplay.
