Call of Duty: Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2 fans are in for a treat as they anticipate the Season 3 Reloaded updates set to debut on May 10. The upcoming change brings new content, including weapons, maps, and cosmetic items. Two of the most talked-about additions include a new basketball star Kevin Durant Operator and a unique rat-themed bundle. Here’s what to expect:
New Kevin Durant Operator
Kevin Durant is the latest real-life athlete to make an appearance in the Call of Duty franchise. The Phoenix Suns star will debut as an Operator skin, bundled with two wearable weapon blueprints, the “Reap This” AR and the “Easy Money” Sniper. The KD bundle also features the “Deadly from Downtown” finishing move, “B-Ball” weapon charm, “Ankle Breaker” loading screen, “Hoops” sticker, and the “KD Baller” animated emblem. However, it will only be available for a limited time, and players will need to purchase the bundle at a premium price. COD Mobile players can also get in on the action with the “Slim Reaper” bundle launching on May 18.
Reaper Rumble Event
For COD Mobile players, the “Reaper Rumble” event will allow them to earn “KD Tokens” during gameplay. Tokens can be redeemed for themed rewards centered around the basketball star. Kevin Durant is not the first sports personality to be included in the game. Messi, Neymar, and Pogba made their debut during the 2022 World Cup event.
Rat-Themed Bundle Arrival
If playing as a giant rat sounds good to you, the “WSOW Rat Pack” is the bundle to have. This unique cosmetic item will allow players to dress as a rat with weapon blueprints, including the “Cheesin” SMG and the “Spicy Meatballs” LMG. In addition, purchasers will enjoy one-hour tokens for double XP and double weapon XP. Pricing for the bundle was not disclosed.
